January 16, 2010 Freezing fog/frost
This was the third day of fog I think, the second and last day we got this rime ice or hoar frost. It was a lot thicker just west of town past hwy 6. It was like a half inch to 3/4 of an inch out there, Unfortunately it never really cleared to a blue sky for very long. These were taken between 10am and 3pm.
Yes, that is the sun, not the moon lol, it was so foggy I was tempted to bust out my telescope and look for sunspots without a solar filter.
The sun finally came out all the way and skies started to "blue".
